Nutella Ravioli
Cookie
Nutella
2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts
Beaten egg
Coarse sugar
Pre-heat your oven at 375°
Step 1- Unroll your package of Pillsbury pie crust
on a lightly floured surface. Lightly roll out the pie crust
to make it a little thinner.
Step 2 - Place one teaspoon of Nutella on the
pie crust arranging them 2 inches apart from each other.
Step 3 - Lightly brush the beaten egg around the edges
of the pie crust. This will help seal the edges and ensure
that your Nutella doesn't burst out of your ravioli.
Step 4 - Carefully place the second sheet of dough over the first sheet of dough. With a small espresso cup or small round cookie cutter, press out the ravioli with Nutella being in the center.
Decorate your edges and refrigerate them for 30 minutes.
Step 5 – Place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet brush them with egg and decorate them with coarse sanding sugar.
Step 6- Bake at 375 degrees for 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Be advised to let them cool slightly before you devour them. The Nutella will be molten hot.
If you want to get fancy sprinkle them with a little powdered sugar.
Even though they're perfect the way they are!
